Improved menubar updating.
Fixed a minor bug which may have caused the user name to be incorrectly displayed when registering.
When dragging a window, the window is now brought to the front first.
Pressing the option key under Mac OS 8 or later while dragging the Movie Speed Controller sets the speed in steps of 0.5.
Clicking on "Time" in the Realtime palette swaps between showing the current time and the time remaining.
Clicking on "Frame" in the Realtime palette swaps between showing the current frame and the frames remaining.
